Alpha Inc. is partnering with The County of Maui, Department of Water Supply (DWS) for the transformative West Maui Source Development Project. This initiative focuses on converting exploratory wells into production wells, integrating them into the DWS West Maui Water System. Key enhancements include constructing a 500,000-gallon control tank, installing transmission waterlines, electrical lines, and paved access roads. Located in the Lahaina District, this project will enhance water resources and system reliability for the West Maui community.
Alpha Inc. will provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to convert the Kahana Exploratory Well into a production well. This involves constructing a pump station and transmission pipeline. The project includes installing a 1,000-gallon per minute deep well submersible pump, control tank, control building, and site improvements. Among various other enhancements, this project incorporates over 13,000 linear feet of 12-inch pipeline, more than 600 linear feet of direction drilling through existing gulches, paved access roads, and a 500,000-gallon stainless steel potable water tank.
