Alpha Inc. completed all necessary site work for the Hōkūʻula subdivision project in Upcountry Maui. This encompassed various tasks such as the relocation of 300,000 cubic yards of material, installation of 9,000 linear fy of sewer main lines, 11,000 linear ft of storm drain lines, and 11,000 linear ft of water main lines. Additionally, 10,000 linear ft of Verti-Block retaining walls were constructed, along with the drilling of two 1,100-ft water wells.
Aside from the infrastructure work, Alpha Inc. is pouring all the foundation slabs, curbs, and sidewalks for the development, which consists of 196 homes and 53 ohanas. Alpha Inc. is also the designed built contractor for 100 gallon per day private wastewater treatment system specifically designed to meet the requirements of its residents.
